Gravity Forms allow you to collect data from users on your site by making a fillable page which is then sent back to the administrator. Data can include personal information, interest surveys, purchasing products, etc.
From the Forms tab in the Dashboard, you can add, edit, remove, and modify form settings and quickly get to Notifications and Confirmations.
While the forms have a drag and drop format that is very easy to use, it's a very big topic. We recommend learning about forms from the plugin vendor, gravity forms. They have great documentation.
