Forms are used to gather different types of information from site users. Examples are: gathering interest surveys, purchasing products, gathering personal information, contact us, etc.
While the forms have a drag and drop format that is very easy to use, it's a very big topic. We recommend learning about forms from the plugin vendor, gravity forms. They have great documentation.

When you are ready to insert your form onto a page, just select the forms block with the gravity forms logo and then select your form from the dropdown.
