How to Link Text

Linking Text

Linking text within a paragraph, header or list block is a function of the toolbar.

Highlight the text you want to link and select the link icon

If the link is external, you can type/past it in the link field. If the link is to a page or post on the site, you can just start typing the title and then select it.

Off-Site Links & PDFs

If your link is to an external / offsite location, or to a PDF document, best practice is to check the box for it opening in a new tab.

Click on the linked text you just made, then click on the pencil

Then check the box for it to open in a new tab and then click the "save" button underneath it.

Unlinking Text

To unlink the text just click in the linked text and click the link icon with the line through it.
