While many sites either link out to or pull data in from a third party procurement management service, there are some that manage the RFP database on their website. These instructions are for websites managing those in their website.

- Title the RFP how you want the title to show on the listing.
Scroll down to fill out any RFP specific fields. Please note that the fields may vary.- Set an expiration date, when the RFP will either go to draft or auto update status to something other than open.

Set the status, proposal deadline, when the RFP should show on the site, and attach any PDFs or external links necessary to submit a bid.

If the main content is managed with a page builder, you can scroll up to right under the title and start filling that out. Remember to style consistently with other RFPs. If your RFPs post type does not have a page builder option, then likely there's a text field called something like "RFP details."
